Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of complex legal issues of land reclamation in Ukraine. The paper examines the formation and evolution of scientific thought and legislative support of land reclamation in Ukraine. Legal nature of land reclamation is defined subjective and objective composition of land reclamation relationships. Legal basis and rules of remediation are formed. The legal policy of the state and institutional support of functional rehabilitation in the country is researched. Proposals for amendments of the current land legislation of Ukraine on provisions for legal support of land reclamation in the state are justified.
