Essay

The dissertation contains a complex research of the conceptual apparatus and features of environmental stimulation in the mechanism of legal regulation. The general theoretical and the environmental and legal doctrinal points as well as the regulatory framework were analyzed in the work. The features and the main elements of environmental legal relations were investigated and its own approach to the definition of some concepts was proposed. As a result of the conducted research the proposals were formulated to enhance legislation in terms of improving the application of environmental stimulation means.
