Essay

Dissertation is devoted to development of the methods of synthesis nucleoside analog's based on fluorine-containing 1,2,3-triazoles and uraciles, and to in vitro investigation of anti-Epstein-Barr virus activity of these compounds. New synthetic methods for preparation of nucleoside analogues were developed. The promising compounds for further research were found.
