Beschastna T. Anti-crisis bases of regulation of a labor market in Ukraine

The object of study - the processes and functioning of the labor market response to government regulation in terms of crisis factors accumulation and manifestation. The aim - to develop state regulation labor market anti-crisis principles, which will help prevent, suppress and qualitative transformation risk crisis in a socially and economically population and economic entities sustainable development of Ukraine. Research methods - systematic approach , situational approach , institutional and sociological approach and the theory of participatory governance, economic and statistical analysis and diagnostics, regulatory, dynamic, expert, approaches based applications and interviews, expert method, general and specific control methods. Results practical significance is shown in the development of evidence-based proposals for the public authorities and other institutions current activities introduction for the implementation of economic and social policy procedures and crisis protect instruments the labor market functioning and the establishment of adequate administrative and legal conditions for their effective implementation. Scientific novelty of the results is to solve scientific and practical problems installing the effectiveness of state regulation anti-crisis principles of the labor market and coordination mechanisms for harmonization with the objectives of sustainable social development based on sustainable institutions and implementing innovations allowing for the strategic national development priorities , available human and economic potential.
