Lipych O. Management of Intellectual Capital in the engineering enterprises

The object of the research is the intellectual capital management in the engineering enterprises. The subject of the research is the theoretical, methodological and methodical applications of the intellectual capital management in the engineering aircraft repair enterprises. The aim of the thesis is to develop a theoretical position and development the applied recommendations the intellectual capital management in the engineering enterprises. The author has used the methods historical research, synthesis, structural and comparative analysis; poly systematization; poly synthesis, questioning, economic and statistical analysis, synthesis, structural systematization, hierarchies, summary, grouping, ascent from the abstract to the concrete, economics and mathematics modeling. Scientific novelty of the results consists in the development of theoretical concepts and providing practical recommendations for improving the intellectual capital management in the engineering enterprises. Recommendations have implemented through the consociational method of the intellectual capital planning, the intellectual analysis methods in the enterprises. The field of used the author’s recommendations are the engineering enterprises.
