Dissertation is devoted to the excitation of multifrequency electromagnetic fields by charged particles bunches in dielectric multizone cylindrical and rectangular resonators. Self-consistent excitation theory of the considered resonators, which has as an element of excitement a single bunches and their train are constructed. Using numerical solution methods for differential equations and the method of modeling the bunches dynamics (the method of macroparticles) a nonlinear analysis of the interaction of bunches particles with excited electromagnetic field was held. The excitation of intense electromagnetic oscillations in the THz range, the dependence of the saturation level of the electromagnetic field energy versus electron bunch length, for cylindrical resonators with partial and full dielectric filling respectively are investigated. The effect of longitudinal boundedness on the spatial distribution and the formation of wakefield, excited by bunches in five-zones rectangular dielectric resonator. Shown that using azimuthally modulated beam is possible to increase the frequency of the excited electromagnetic field by selective excitation of the eigen frequencies.
