Object – the system of charges is on maintenance of medical and preventive establishments of health protection in Ukraine. Purpose – a scientific ground of theoretical and methodological principles of planning and financing of charges is on maintenance of medical and preventive establishments of health protection, forming of conclusions and practical suggestions in relation to their improvement. Methods – of economic analysis, methods of empiric researches, in particular supervision, comparison, empiric description, mathematical and statistical methods, system-functional, functionally-structural and complex methods; method of cross-correlation-regressive analysis; receptions of the analytical grouping, comparison and generalization. The results – a scientific ground of theoretical and methodological principles of planning and financing of charges on maintenance of medical and preventive establishments of health protection, forming of conclusions and practical suggestions in relation to their improvement. Novelty – the conceptual going is deep near planning and financing of charges on a health protection taking into account strategic directions and informatively constrained functional complexes that form logical scientifically-reasonable control system by finances of health protection; the scientifically-applied principles of monitoring are improved in part of adaptation of methodology of Cost Accounting to home practice of estimation of the financial state of establishments of health protection; offered approach to the calculation of cost of medical services on the basis of stowage of general budget; the methodical going is improved near the calculation of integral index of efficiency of work of medical and preventive establishments of health protection;got further development of ground of effectiveness of elements of the system of financing of medical and preventive establishments of health protection by structures and optimization of budgetary, own, insurance sources of financial resources of establishments; going is worked out near determination of economic efficiency of medical and preventive establishments of health protection.Introduced in agribusiness activities of Main financial administrations of regional state administrations in the Vinnytsya and Ternopil areas, Main administrations of Government treasury service of Ukraine in the Vinnytsya and Ternopil areas, Department of economy and investments of the Vinnytsya town council and in the educational process of the Ternopil national economic university.
