The thesis presents a comprehensive philosophical and legal interpretation of the phenomenon of corruption as a factor, destabilizing socio-legal, political, economic and individual mental processes that determines and is the consequence of the social deviations processes. Integrative philosophical-legal investigation of corruption manifested in sequential, logically-following design essence of this phenomenon in the light of the fundamental areas of philosophical doctrine: epistemology, ontology, deontology, axiology and praxeology.
