The thesis is dedicated for the treatment optimization in patients with combined flow of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease stage II-III and arterial hypertension stage II by correcting systemic inflammation and oxidative stress influence involved in the development of cardiovascular disorders. It was found that patients with combined flow of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and arterial hypertension have significant morphological and functional disorders of heart, blood vessels, increased levels of systemic inflammation and oxidative stress markers while comparing with healthy persons and patients with isolated forms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and arterial hypertension. It was shown that biomarkers of inflammation, such as interleukin - 6, tumor necrosis factor -?, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, parameters of oxidative protein modification - levels of spontaneous and iron induced aldehyde- and ketonedinitrophenylehydrozones closely interact with morphological, functional parameters of heart and blood vessels. It was found that additional presciption of thiotriazoline reduced systemic inflammation levels, oxidative stress biomarkers, improved systolic and diastolic heart parameters, vascular endothelial function, health related quality of life
