The research is devoted to development of scientific and technological basis of one-step cycle stable nanometals suspensions formation in vacuum using combined localized ion-plasma sputtering and nanoparticles implantation to carrier liquids of various physical and chemical properties. For the first time the three-step phenomenological model of the process of metals nanoparticles dispersion by means of localized ion-plasma, their transportation under the inert gas jet protection and nanoparticles implantation (capsulation) in the chosen carrier liquids (as chemical methods required) in vacuum have been described. A method of control of metal nanoparticles sizes and distribution and concentration in nanosuspensions was developed. The master-batches of stable highly concentrated (100 mg/l and higher) ultra clean (no bi-products or chemical waists) nanosuspensions of Ag, Au, Cu, Fe in food glycerin, oils ready to be mixed with end products have been produced. The productive and cost ef-fective technology of nanometals suspensions ready for industrial scale manufacturing has been created.The effectiveness of nanoproduct "Silver Shield-1000" for antibacterial, antiviral treatment of contact surfaces in public places and for personal hygiene, as well as for sterilization of Staphylococcus infected milk for farms has been proved.
