Pepin M. Improvement of methods of developing preventive measures for industrial safety at the state level

The thesis is devoted to theoretical generalization and further development of scientific and methodological approaches of improvement methods of preventive safety measures at the national level (national, sectoral, regional ) aimed at improving the safety and health at work. Was improved guidance for the development of preventive measures on the basis of a systematic approach and methods for Applied Systems Analysis. Analyzed and determined the feasibility of using problem -based approach and methods of PEST- and SWOT- analysis, simulation modeling to address issues of industrial safety at the planning stage. Using these methods were conducted theoretical and experimental studies to establish the priority of improving the national system of industrial safety and safety in the mining industry as the most traumatic sector of the economy. The mechanisms of obtaining target rates of prevention activities and evaluation of these measures at the planning stage were estimated. A scientific and practical advice on the development of preventive measures that will help to improve the state of industrial safety in the workplace were suggested.
