The thesis is devoted to the scientific grounds for use and evaluation of clinical efficacy of the mineral water Feodosia and the method of resonance frequency therapy in the comprehensive spa treatment of children with Helicobacter pylori-negative chronic pathology of the gastroduodenal area, as well as of children preserving clinical signs and symptoms after H. pylori eradication. In the thesis, systemic inflammatory response was investigated and estimated through studying the dynamics of changes in the cytokine homeostasis (TNF-?, IL-8, IL-10) and apoptosis markers (Fas (CD95) and Annexin V) in children with chronic pathology of the gastroduodenal area depending on the period of the clinical course (exacerbation or remission) of the disease and presence of H. pylori as an etiological factor taking into account its pathogenicity. Analysis of the investigations performed showed that clinical and immunological remission, still having its positive effect 6 months later, was achieved in children with chronic pathology of the gastroduodenal area after gradual comprehensive rehabilitation in the group with combined use of the mineral water Feodosia and the method of resonance frequency therapy. It is proved by more stable clinical course and normalization of apoptosis parameters (Fas (CD95), Annexin V) and cytokine profile (TNF-?, IL-8, IL-10 and IL-8 / IL-10), in comparison with the group of children receiving out-patient treatment. This confirms that introduction of the suggested method of rehabilitation into traditional patterns of treatment at sanatoriums helps to prolong the periods of remission, reduces the number of exacerbations, and improves quality of life.
