Dissertation is devoted to the comprehensive research of legal regime of lands for forestry purposes. The content of the legal regime of land for forestry purposes is analyzed. Legal features of lands for forestry purposes, the notion and composition of these lands are defined. Legal forms of lands for forestry purposes usage and legal protection of these lands are researched. On the basis of research the propositions and recommendations as to the improvement of current legislation on legal regime of lands for forestry purposes are made, theoretical conclusions on further development of the theory of land law are proposed.
