Ivanova T. Restructuring management mechanism of machine-building enterprises

Dissertation is concerned with the development of scientific, methodical and practical recommendations on the restructuring management mechanism by the example of machine-building enterprises. The theoretical approaches in determining the essence of the enterprise restructuring are analysed. The basic provisions of the enterprise restructuring mechanism are defined. The methodical approaches to the analysis of economic efficiency for accomplishing restructuring are studied. The dynamic of financial and economic indicators of the machine-building enterprises of Ukraine is analysed. The internal factors having influence on implementing measures for the enterprise restructuring are established. Analyses of the operational and commercial activities of the machine-building enterprises is conducted. Structural and logical pattern of the enterprise restructuring management mechanism is established. The approaches to estimating the expediency of enterprise restructuring and the lines of its implementation are elaborated. A model for estimating the efficiency level of enterprise restructuring is offered.
