Reksha A. Legal regulation of promotions of public servants as subjects of labor law

This research proved that the legal regulation of promotions of public servants as subjects of labor law is a set of legal tools by which the State has a positive impact on the legal relationship deserved and fair remuneration of labor activity of public servants with a view to their streamlining, consolidation, security, protection and development. It is proved that productive, exemplary and selfless work of public servants may only be required while guaranteeing basic labor rights, among which almost crucial is right to wages, vacation, especially encouraging. Promotions are able to promote a high level of effective work, productivity of the public body and increase of labor capacity of public servants.
