The dissertation conducts comparative legal analysis of normative-legal support of judges' labour organization and their material security in Ukraine, in foreign countries. The work characterizes major international legal acts, which contain norms on judges' labour organization and their material security. It examines principles and forms of labour organization and material security of judges in Ukraine.The dissertation states proposition and recommendation for enhancement of normative-legal basis for judges' labour organization and their material security and creation of effective instruments for realization of these positions in the sphere of labour relationship.
