Essay

Analyzed the concept, significance and sources of legal regulation of working time. Provided classification of its species and comparative characteristic modes of working time in Ukraine into account conditions of market economy. Proposed as part of labor relations to distinguish the following types working time: 1) working time within the normal duration (normal and reduced working time); 2) working time is less than the normal duration (part-time); 3) working time in excess of normal duration (overtime); 4) not standardized working time.
