Demidko V. Content and Realization of the Right to Healthy and Safe Working Conditions

Dissertation is devoted to a complex research of content and realization of the right to healthy and safe working condition. The work studies notion and features of the right to healthy and safe working condition, analyses history of emerging and legislative regulation of the right to healthy and safe working condition; examines peculiarities of normative-legal regulation of the right to healthy and safe working condition; defines and analyses mechanism and guarantees of realization of the right to healthy and safe working condition; specifies methods and forms of realization of the right to healthy and safe working condition; reviews foreign experience in this sphere. The dissertation formulates ways of enhancement of legal regulation of the right to healthy and safe working condition and defines ways of optimization of activity of organs, which maintain supervision and control over observance of labour legislature of Ukraine, and proves expediency of making alterations and amendments to labour legislature in force and to the Draft Labour Code in the part of regulation healthy and safe working condition.
