Clinical and immunological features of HIV-infection among patients with mutant alleles distribution of Asp299Gly TLR4 gene have been found out as well as the necessity of individual approach to diagnostics and treatment has been substantiated on the basis of clinical and epide-miological examination data, immunological indices detection, investigation of Asp299Gly TLR4 gene polymorphism distribution among HIV-patients and estimation of antiretroviral therapy (ART) effectiveness. It has been established that patients with Asp299Gly TLR4 gene polymor-phism have some peculiarities as far as the clinical course and immune state are concerned, and the ART effectiveness depends on the number of CD-4 lymphocytes at the moment of ART administration.
