Essay

This Thesis deals with the interdisciplinary research on the legal regulation of the land use and conservation for energy facilities in Ukraine. The author suggests an elaborate definition of “land for energy facilities” as well as allocates its general and specific types and features. Also, the deliberate analysis of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialistic Republic’s and Ukrainian legislation is done from the historical perspective in order to determine the main historical periods in the establishment and development of the land for energy facilities legal relations.
