The essence of the legal regulation of Internal Affairs Bodies in the sphere of security activity and legal intersectoral aspects of formation of this organizational and legal institution and legal status of Internal Affairs bodies are under consideration in the work. Organizational principles of Internal Affairs bodies' in security activities are analyzed on such key areas as information provision, organization of interaction with subjects of the security activity in the sphere of protection of public order and participation in training of personnel and supervision of the level of training of persons entitled to its professional implementation.
