Essay

The paper considers a complex administrative, legal and organizational functioning of private security agencies and businesses security services. The research also highlights the ways of improvement of their legal regulation and practice. The need to initiate appropriate legislation based on the model law "On Non-state (private) Security Activity and Non-governmental (private) Search Activity" as well as amendments and supplements to certain regulations have been argued in order to protect the constitutional rights and freedoms, to ensure security of economic entities.
