The thesis is the first complex study of literary and aesthetic concepts of Vasyl Simovych. Grounding on scholar’s work, creative evolution and world outlook of V. Simovych from early period to scientific maturity have been outlined, as well as main foundations for his versatile literary and aesthetic heritage have been defined. The study focuses on characteristics of philosophical and cultural, versification and historical and literary concepts of V. Simovych, which are distinguished by inner conceptual unity, consistency and logical manner.
