Оbject of study: the research the process of of innovation development of agricultural enterprises in the region.The purpose of the study: the theoretical and methodological substantiation of the scientific measures and working out of the practical recommendations as for the formation, economic growth and reconstruction of the system of the regional agricultural enterprises’ resources provision and their innovative development. Methods: abstract-logical, bibliography, analysis and synthesis, groups, simulation, comparisons, sociological method.Theoretical and practical results: methodical approaches to determining the tools of economic-mathematical modeling of projected dimensions of the resource potential of agricultural enterprises in the region;conceptual scheme of state support of innovative development of agricultural enterprises in the region; the structure of the innovative process in the agrarian sector to define its elements’ peculiarities for the rational recourse support is improved; methodological assessment tools resource providing innovative development in the context of group farms in the region in terms of their involvement in the innovation process, appropriateness of the cooperative association of agricultural enterprises in the region in order to achieve synergies, which will increase the amount involved in the innovation process actors. The novelty novovprovadzhenoho: validated and verified methodical approaches to determining the tools of economic-mathematical modeling of projected dimensions of the resource potential of the region's farms and development on the basis of their mechanisms of formation of appropriate organizational and economic relations in order to improve their overall innovation receptivity and engagement in the innovation process.
