Stilnik V. Organizational and economic principles of formation and development of effective agricultural service cooperatives in the region

The object of research is the process of ensuring the effective functioning of agricultural enterprises through the development of agricultural service cooperatives. Objective: to study the theoretical and methodological bases and practical recommendations for the further development of the agricultural sector on the basis of activation of service cooperatives. Methods: theoretical generalization and comparison, and abstract dialectical logic, history, graphics, analysis and synthesis, statistical analysis, Economics and Mathematics. Theoretical and practical results: methodical approaches intensification of cooperation based on the conceptual provisions necessary interaction agro cycles, improved methodology for assessing the efficiency of agricultural service cooperatives, the definition of direct indicators of the impact and effectiveness of their activities on the social and economic efficiency of agricultural production in the region, had received further interpretation of the term "system of agricultural service cooperatives" as a set of cooperative provision of services to all participants in the integration of the region, the practical results allow us to determine the main directions of development and effective functioning of agricultural service cooperatives in the region, which would increase the competitiveness of agricultural and food products. Implemented by novelty: the expediency of the interaction of different types of agricultural service cooperatives and the creation of a regional system that will strengthen cooperation and increase the effectiveness of the impact of their activities on the implementation of the competitive advantages of membership of cooperatives in agricultural and food markets.
