Theoretical and methodological fundamentals of productive potential management are examined. The essence, structure and order of forming productive potential are analized. Evaluation methods of the productive potential and its control on meat-processing enterprises are suggested and grounded. Effectiveness of the productive potential of meat-processing enterprises in Lugansk region is conducted. Strategical approaches to the productive potential management of meat-processing enterprises are worked out. Organization and economic mechanism of the formation of relations between farms in the meat production subcomplex of the agro-industrial complex is grounded.
