The thesis investigated the nature of the term "human resources component of the innovative potential of the agricultural enterprise". The estimation procedure of innovative potential of agricultural enterprises has been improved. The current state of the components of agricultural enterprises innovative potential has been researched. The conceptual aspects of development of agricultural enterprises are reasonable on the basis of forming and realization of skilled constituent of innovative potential. Strategy of innovative development of agricultural enterprises is improved. A mathematical multivariable model as method of material stimulation is offered.
