This is doted to the elaboration of methods of calculation of probabilities of tractor condition in the conduction available cracks in the parts of their assemblies. The necessity of accounting of availability exploitation defects of different size in the tractors assemblies parts, after a long term exploitation for substantiation of possibility of the following use of agricultural machines in mechanized works is grounded. The possibility of reliable exposure of cracks spreading places in the tractors assemblies parts in the case of impulse portable fault detection of vertical current type me proved and grounded. It was establislwol in thesis, that unsatisfactory technical state of tractors and self propelled agricultural machines industrial on the risk of agricultural works fulfillment influence scientific approach was proposed for obtaining possible characteristics of danger in the following work of mobile agricultural machinery after a long term exploitation. Method of calculation of conditional probabilities of damage of tractor condition in the connection available racks in the assemblies parts of critical and before critical size is developed and grounded. Dependant of diagnostic value of the fault defection control of tractor parts from the degree of intervals diagnostic gradation was established. Recommendations were worked out for limitation of tractor and self-propelled agricultural machines use, with racks of dangerous size in the parts of their assemblies that let decrease the level of production traumatism of mechanic and other workers of agricultural production.
