The dissertation examined the possibility of using microwave radiation of coffee bean extracting depending influence of thermal and hydrodynamic conditions in the extractor on the kinetics of the extraction process, a process for producing coffee extracts from coffee slurry that can increase the output of finished product and thus reduce the expense we nor coffee raw materials, and proposed a method of calculation of such extractors. Done generalized algorithm testing calculation microwave extractor, input parameters which are initial settings extracting and coffee sludge, consumables and energy parameters of the process, in order to determine the concentration at the outlet of the extractor with various combinations of input design and process parameters.
