Goncharova O. Prevention of traumatism of mechanization experts on the basis of control of the technical state of agricultural aggregates by facilities of fault detection

The thesis is devoted to development of methods for decrease of levels of magnetic fields (MF), which are generated by the machines for resistance spot welding and effect on the organism of welding operators. Basing on the analysis of obtained oscillograms and spectogtams of MF, which are generated by the machines for resistance spot welding, the investigations of shapes of signals, intensityof MF at different ranges of frequency and value of exceeding the level of MF on the operators were performed. It was shown, that applying this welding method there is a danger of exceeding the standard levels of MF. The problems of creating the methods for individual protection of welders against magnetic fields were considered. The results of investigations of protective screening properties of materials of magnetic soft strips of amorphous alloy based on cobalt (CoFeCrSiB) were demonstrated. The welder apron for protection against electromagnetic radiation was designed. The implementation of proposed complex of measures for protection of welders against MF (optimization of welding conditions, protection by distance and time and application of shielding means of personal protection) allows decreasing its level below the limiting admissible one.
