The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the administrative and legal bases of management of police of public security in Ukraine. The essence of the public security police as the object of state governance, defined the concept, objectives and the system of management of police of public security, description of its principles, outlines the system and peculiarities of its regulation. Characterized functional organizational structure of the public security police, explained the circle of subjects of management and their legal status. Established for the specific forms and methods of management of police of public security, the features of the interaction of its divisions among themselves.
