The thesis is devoted to the analysis of administrative and legal guaranteeing of using PR-technologies in the management of a higher educational establishment. General characteristics of administrative and legal guaranteeing of using PR-technologies in the management of a higher educational establishment are presented, in particular the concept, tasks and the system of such a management are determined; the essence and functions of public relations are elucidated; normative grounds of using the latter are characterized. The main attention is paid to identification the features of using PR-technologies in the management of a higher educational establishment.
