In dissertation work was executed the analysis of factors, which influence on protective efficiency personal respiratory protection (PRP). Was set that coefficient of protection PRP, which determined by the regulatory framework in specialized laboratories , is different from the coefficient of protection on the workers working place because of difference in spray concentration during testing and reality on the manufacture. Founded the technique with determination coefficient of permeation of respirators by the test-sprays , taking into account factors that may affect safety of PRP. Investigated the influence of the characteristics of the main components of stands for testing PRP to provide different dispersion of test-sprays, concentration and air flow. Investigated the protective effectiveness of respirators by modeling production conditions of coal mines. Developed the algorithm and program for choosing PRP, which allows to determine the require protection class of respirators , based on conditions and taking into account the potential to emergency, fire , appearance of high concentration of harmful substances, working conditions. Developed the recommendations to increase the reliability of the tests PRP in laboratories.
