Rynkova O. The forensic ecological examination in legal proceedings of Ukraine.

The thesis is a development of the theoretical statements and scientifically grounded recommendations focused on improvement of the proving efficiency in legal proceedings. The work is a result of processing the academic data enlightening the modern situation with using special knowledge from ecology in the field of the criminal, civil, administrative and economic legal proceedings. There have been analysed the contents of the currently valid official regulating acts covering the issues of applying special knowledge in the administrative, economic, criminal and civil legal proceedings, and particularly the articles concerning usage of an expert's special knowledge when considering administrative, economic, civil cases and criminal legal proceedings. The judicial practice of the Administrative, Economic, Criminal and Civil Courts of Ukraine in regard of imposition of forensic ecological examinations have been made, and comprehensive characteristics of the principal kinds of the forensic ecological examination have been provided.
