Essay

The thesis is devoted to the efficiency rising of medical rehabilitation of children with primary arterial hypertension by application of methods, which correct metabolic disturbances at hospital and sanatorium stages of rehabilitation. Such metabolic disturbances as hyperinsulinemia, dislipidemia, hypoadiponektinemia, hyperleptinemia, hypoghrelinemia, IR and LR have been found out in 164 children with PAH after studing levels of the basale and postprandial glucose, insulin, total cholesterol, TG, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, VLDL cholesterol, adiponektin, leptin, and ghrelin and indexes of IR and LR. These disorders met more frequently at patients with SAH and with body mass surplus. Based on the results of this study the use of vitamin mineral complex «Vitrum Kardio» together with the base not medicinal therapy was offered for a treatment in the hospital, but on the stage of sanatorium rehabilitation iodide-bromine baths and phytomineral complex "Guna Brain" were offered to include in the standard complex of sanatorium rehabilitation. The efficiency of application of these methods at children with PAH and disorders of carbohydrate's, lipids metabolisms and fat tissue's hormons was proved.
