Chystyakova T. Justification of the treatment and rehabilitation tactics and studying its effectiveness in case of acute poisoning of children by complex of unknown chemicals with polytropic toxic effect

The dissertation is devoted to the studying of the basic clinical complex of symptoms, laboratory and instrumental diagnostic criteria and efficiency of treatment in 3 stages (in-hospital management, out-hospital management, sanatorium) in children with acute poisoning by complex of unknown toxic chemicals with polytropic effect. The basic medical complex was selected on the stage of in-hospital management and out-hospital management stages (sorbents, hepatoprotectors, desensitizing drugs, a multivitamin complexes with micronutrients). At the stage of sanatorium treatment the therapy of syndroms was applied: climatic and, aromatherapy, inhalation, singlet-oxygen therapy, natural sorbents, psychological rehabilitation. The high efficiency of a landmark medical rehabilitation that helps to restore health of the affected children was proved. The therapeutic complexes were developed for children affected by unknown toxic chemicals with polytropic effect at all stages of rehabilitation (in-hospital management, out-hospital management, sanatorium) depending on the severity of the poisoning.7452
