Essay

The dissertation is a monographic research which provides a forensic processing of a personality of juvenile offender, based on the criminology general theory provisions, criminal law and procedure, criminology, legal psychology and a consolidation of investigative and judicial practice. The work gives the ground to the definition and provides the examination of the personality of a juvenile offender, the determination of the relationship between the definitions of "juvenile offender" and "juvenile suspect "; it has developed a forensic classification of juvenile offenders' personalities. The work contains a scientific and forensic analysis of socio-demographic and biological traits, moral and psychological features of a juvenile offender personality and identifies the most common of them exactly for a child, who is the offender. According to the study of archival materials of criminal proceedings, statistics of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the work has found out what real traces of crime reflect individual signs and features which are inherent to juvenile offenders.
