Akhundov A. Organizational-legal bases of the state financial control of Azerbaijan Republic

This thesis represents the first research devoted to organizational-legal bases of the state financial control of Azerbaijan, based on the analysis of legal regulation in the field of the relations in Ukraine with use of achievements of a science of the financial law of these and other countries. General-theoretical questions of concept and system of the state financial control, its types, standard-legal basis and organizational-legal questions of control activity, and also a problem of improvement of the state financial control in the most important spheres of the country's financial system - the State budget, the taxation, currency relations have been subject of complex research.
