The dissertation comprises the conceptual understanding of the philosophical and legal problems of the relationship of legal anthropology and legal axiology as a factor in the development of the theory of human rights. It was set that the anthropological principle which can be considered as the basic idea of the philosophical and legal knowledge plays a key role not only in that its components as anthropology of law, but also as an ideological and methodological component of the philosophy of law in general sense.
