The processes of realization of anticipatory management of machine-building enterprises are the research object. Theoretical, methodological, methodical and applied principles of machine-building enterprises anticipatory management realization on the basis of weak signals are the research subject. The development of theoretical and practical principles of machine-building enterprises anticipatory management realization on the basis of weak signals is the research aim. The research methods are: systemic approach, grouping and generalization, process approach, analysis and synthesis, simulation modeling, expert evaluations, causal analysis, ranking and identification, morphological analysis. The concept of machine-building enterprises anticipatory management on the basis of weak signals that provides the process-structured base for organic interaction of its typical elements (functions, methods, decisions, leadership, communications, managing and manageable subsystems) and describes their meaningful to achieve the anticipatory goals has been firstly proposed. The typology of weak signals of operating environment on the basis of their dividing by types of enterprise's activity, the model of polycriterial selection of anticipatory planning methods at the machine-building enterprise with considering of their typology, the method of diagnostics of weak signals of potential events by kinds of machine-building enterprise's activity have been improved. The typology of factors that are influencing on the processes of providing and realization of machine-building enterprises anticipatory management on the basis of weak signals and the technology of anticipatory planning at the machine-building enterprise have been developed. The research results have been embedded in machine-building enterprises and academic process. The machine-building enterprises are the sphere of usage of author's proposals.
