Dissertation is devoted to analysis of essence, content and peculiarities of administrative-legal mechanism for ensuring rights of citizens by public prosecutor's offices. The work characterizes rights of citizens as a subject of administrative-legal ensuring by public prosecutor's offices. It specifies modern state of administrative-legal mechanism for ensuring rights of citizens by public prosecutor's offices, characterizes its forms and methods. The dissertation proposes notion of "guarantees of administrative-legal ensuring rights of citizens by public prosecutor's offices". The work characterizes foreign experience of administrative-legal ensuring rights of citizens by competent bodies.
