Essay

The object of the research: the stress - strain state of the wall panels of the large residential buildings during corrosion of the steel framework connections. The purpose of the thesis: a development of the scientific principles to ensure the longevity of the large-panelled residential buildings belonging to the first mass series during corrosion of the steel framework connections. The method of the research: the method of computer modelling the structures applying the software systems based on the finite element method ( FEM), the experimental methods of the mechanical tests in accordance with the standard methods, and the methods of the theory of heat - mass transfer and a development of heterogeneous chemical reactions when researching longevity. The theoretical and practical results: on the basis of the completed researches there were developed the way and the method of calculating the elements of reinforcing the joints of the wall panels of the large-panelled residential buildings to ensure their longevity for a given durability. The scientific novelty : a numerical model was developed and evaluation of the stress-strain state during corrosion and reinforcement of the steel framework connections was completed ( gained further development); the method of estimating the durability of concrete protective layer pursuant to passivation criterion at atmospheric corrosion was improved ( gained further development ); the method of reinforcement and calculating the reinforcement elements of the large-panelled residential buildings at the time of corrosion of the steel framework connections was proposed; the data of the experimental researches of durability of the reinforcement constructions of the steel framework connections was obtained ( gained further development ); estimating and forecasting the longevity of the large-panelled residential buildings, taking into account the kinetics of corrosion of concrete and the steel framework connections, was completed ( first obtained ). The degree of implementation: the proposed method was used in the development of the project " Reconstruction of an residential building located at the address of Topol - 1,9 in Dnepropetrovsk." The scope: a development of the strengthening and repair projects of the large-panelled residential buildings belonging to the first mass series.
