Essay

The thesis is a comprehensive monographic study of theoretical and practical questions of legal regulation of the financial and legal framework to guarantee bank deposits in Ukraine. In this regard the foreign experience implementing various models of deposit guarantee (insurance) systems, as well as historical and legal background of formation and reformation of such a system in Ukraine were studied. There was formed a holistic view of the deposit insurance system as a combination of legal, organizational, financial, and social relationships between body which manages the deposit insurance, the banking regulation and supervision and state authorities.
