Bobrytskyi L. Administrative and legal bases of the activity of Council of National Security and Defense of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the analises of the theory, the system of legal regulation and the practice of the activity of executive authorities in the sphere of national security and defense, on the base of which the essence, administrative and legal framework and peculiarities of Council of National Security and Defense of Ukraine (CNSD of Ukraine) activity in conditions of social challenges are determined. The essence and structure of fundamental notions of the scientific problem are investigated and the content of conseptual categories of the thesis are refined on this base. Integrated characteristics of functions and competences of CNSD of Ukraine is performed and the priorities of its activities in globalising conditions are outlined.
