Thesis is devoted to the nature and characteristics of providing administrative and legal regulation of land relations in Ukraine, the grounds, methods and procedures for acquisition of land ownership by citizens, legal persons, the characteristic principles of administrative and legal regulation of land relations, clarifying responsibility for violations of land legislation, outlining administrative services in Ukraine. The dissertation justified proposals to improve administrative and legal regulation of land relations, formulated recommendations to improve controls over the use and protection of land and their monitoring.
