Yurchenko Y. Administrative and legal regulation of administrative courts practice.

Dissertation is devoted to the disclosure of the contents and nature of the administrative and legal regulation of administrative courts. It is formed directions, principles, mechanism, forms, and procedures for administrative and legal regulation of practice of administrative judges. It is proved that the administrative and legal regulation of practice of administrative judges - are service and administrative and authoritative inter- organizational activity of specific subjects of public administration to ensure the practice of administrative courts and administrative judges, which is based on the rules of administrative law. It is analyzed an advanced foreign experience in this area; it is suggested a number of changes and amendments to the national legislation to ensure fair and effective administrative proceedings to protect the rights and legitimate interests of non-state physical and legal entities which have their rights, freedoms and legitimate interests violated by public authorities.
