Lopushanska O. The Administrative and Law Regulation of the Language Policy of Ukraine.

Dissertation is a complex research issue of administrative regulation of the language policy in Ukraine. The peculiarities of administrative and legal regulation of language policy in Ukraine have been considered in manuscript for the first time. The author's definitions of "administrative and legal regulation of language policy", "language policy" have been developed. She has analyzed the powers of public administrative boards (authorities) in the sphere of the official language and national minorities' languages protection. Based on the positive experience of foreign countries, the tendencies of improving language policy have been offered. The author has investigated the principles, forms and methods of administrative regulation of language policy. The analysis of the implementation of administrative law in the area of language policy has been fulfilled. The scientifically based drafts of legal acts are proposed for changes and amendments to national legislation, which rules govern the issue studied by the author.
