Luhutashvili N. Improvement of mechanisms of state regulating stratification processes in the Ukrainian society

The object of study - the processes of social stratification in Ukraine, which occur as a result of socio-economic transformation since independence. The purpose of research - theoretical basis and development of guidelines for improving stratification processes state regulation in Ukrainian society to strengthen managerial influence on the changes taking place in its social structure. Research methods - systematic approach, comparative analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis, modeling. The practical significance of the results is that the basic theoretical principles and conclusions of the dissertation expand scientific understanding of the opportunities and the social stratification state regulation main content that occur due to socio-economic changes in society, and brought up to the level of specific proposals and recommendations as guidance Base improving governance mechanisms to prevent destabilizing effects on society, manifested in the deformation of its social structure. Scientific novelty of the results is the scientific and theoretical justification and development of recommendations to improve stratification processes state regulation in Ukrainian society and inclusion complex administrative regulatory influences on the stratification process in the context of social policy that is being implemented by the state. The approaches to the analysis of the social structure of modern Ukrainian society to identify its specific characteristics as the object of administrative effort on the part of the state in the form of state regulation, regulatory and economic and financial mechanisms of state regulation stratification processes taking place in Ukrainian society in social and economic reforms; study of socio-economic conditions for the formation of numerous and prosperous middle class, defining its social role as a basic element and a stabilizing factor in the social structure of Ukrainian society.
