Essay

The object of research is a functioning of the performance management process heat supply companies. The purpose of research is a development of scientific and theoretical foundations and development of scientific and methodical recommendations on management performance within the heat. Research methods are epistemological analysis, ontological analysis, dialectical approach, historical and logical methods, systematic approach, comparative and structural analysis, classification, classification, and statistical correlation and regression analysis, comparative analysis, economic and mathematical modeling. Practical significance of the results is to develop the scientific and methodological proposals and recommendations for the management of enterprise effectiveness heat. Scientific novelty of the research is to develop a scientific and theoretical foundations, development and justification of scientific and methodological principles and practical recommendations for the management of enterprise effectiveness heat. Conceptual positions on management efficiency of enterprises heating, methodical bases now select the optimal type of tariff for heating, scientific and methodical approach to the modeling of the functioning of the performance management process heat supply companies, analytical tools justify funding sources modernization of heat supply improved. List of specific features of functioning of heat supply companies, conceptual categories of the theory of performance management companies, classification attributes factors influencing the improvement of the efficiency of the heat supply companies in the current economic conditions, the methodical aspects of evaluating the performance of heat supply companies were got further development.
