Essay

In the thesis in order to develop of the scientifically evidence-based diagnostic system of psychic prophylaxis and psychic correction of psychic maladjustment in staff of internal affairs organs (IAO), clinical-anamnestic, clinical-psychopathalogical, psycho-diagnostic, social-demographic peculiarities of state features of mental health are analyzed and systematized are defined clinical structure and clinical features of psychic maladjustment. The prevalence and severity of burnout syndrome among staff of internal affairs is defined. Diagnostic algorithm for detection of pathological psychic maladjustment was improved in police staff during their mandatory periodic mental health checkups. A differentiated phased system of treatment and rehabilitation measures aimed at the prevention, correction and treatment of psychic maladjustment, and evaluated its effectiveness was developed.
